About

Hi, I'm Sujana 👋 In 2020, mid-pandemic, I packed my life into two suitcases and moved from India to Europe. I didn't have a job lined up. I had a plan, a Masters offer, and a stubborn belief that discomfort is where growth lives. That decision shaped everything that followed and everything I've become. Cybersecurity strategy at Schneider Electric in Grenoble. StratOps at Jellysmack in Paris. Product ownership across SaaS and e-commerce in Berlin & Munich. Three countries, four industries, one consistent thread: I show up best when the problem is hard and the path isn't obvious. Today I'm a Technical Program Manager for AI & Data at HPE - bringing together everything I've learned about strategy, technology, and cross-functional execution to drive programs that actually matter. Before this, I spent nearly two years at FedEx driving corporate strategy and financial planning at a global scale - work that earned me the Bravo Zulu Award for exceptional performance. I also quietly mentor students and early professionals navigating career transitions because I know how much the right guidance at the right moment can change everything. Some things I genuinely believe: 1. Adaptability is a skill and it can be taught 2. Titles matter less than the problems you're trusted to solve 3. Strategy without execution is just a PowerPoint 4. The people who figure it out fastest are usually the ones who ask for help earliest I've learned that the most interesting careers rarely follow a plan. Mine certainly hasn't and I wouldn't have it any other way. Always up for conversations about AI, program strategy, career pivots, or what it's actually like to build a life across multiple countries. If any of that is your world - say hello 👋
