I believe to lead we must learn. Every individual has a right to lead. Making leadership education affordable and available is the core purpose of my life. My work is aligned to my purpose and mission. We build leaders here. I have continually worked in business and leading academic institutions; imparting knowledge and coaching people to help them develop leadership skills. I have engaged with IIMs, TISS, NMIMS, TAPMI and many other institutions with this intent. Have worked on design and execution on Leadership Development interventions in companies like Hindustan Petroleum, MRPL, Ministry of Heavy Industry, GOI among others. Thousands have benefited. Yet, I have miles to go before I sleep. While working and interacting with some of the thought leaders viz. RIchard Boyatzis at Case Western, Dr. Darwin Nelson and Dr. Gary Low formerly with Texas A&M, Robert Emmerling at ESADE, Lyle Spencer of Competency International, Daniel Goleman, I learned the essential attributes of a successful leader.
