A brief about these tools appeared in Economic Times - Knowledge Society. One of the products delivered got picked as a finalist in the software category of EDN Innovators of the year 2003.
• Rapidly expanded DSP developers ecosystem in India to accelerate production of eXpressDSP™ compliant algorithms for addressing the needs of TI's DSP customers.
• Lead the Software engineering process group and successfully got software COE assessed at CMMI Level 3 maturity. Also lead people CMM driven skill management initiative to improve competency management. Steered the organization in adoption of SEI's Personal Software Process (PSP) and Team Software Process (TSP), which significantly accelerate the pace of software process improvement.
