About

I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Millersville University. I also have a graduate degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a concentration in child and adolescent development from Chestnut Hill College. I have been working with children and families for 10 years and specialize in anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors and systems work. I am currently licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Oregon and am working on getting licensed in additional states as well. I am a motivated individual who continues to grow professionally by pursuing trainings and certifications. I strongly believe in taking a strength based approach in treatment and will push my clients to create healthier lives for themselves, while reaching their fullest potential. I also value a systems approach in working with individuals because it is less stigmatizing and more functional in maintaining change. I have a passion for working with families and strengthening their relationships. I have experience working with many populations addressing different mental health issues, not only providing clinical support, but case management as well. I believe it is important to be adaptable as a clinician and meet the clients where they are at. I have a passion for physical fitness and believe wholeheartedly that regular exercise is not only great for the body, but also the mind and the soul.
