In this role, I spearheaded the CSR and D&I branding, marketing, and communications for Capgemini in India. I was responsible for evangelizing our CSR and D&I efforts and ‘giving a voice’ to them. My main objective is to enhance the visibility, awareness, and engagement for all the CSR and D&I activities in India, both within the organization and outside.

A. CSR and D&I branding, visibility, awareness: Creating and maintaining an entire bouquet of referenceable collaterals for CSR and D&I - Corporate videos, Brochures, Newsletters, Articles (in the press and intranet), managing the CSR microsite on the Capgemini India corporate website, working on systematic and planned Social media amplifications/engagements (via Capgemini India’s official pages/handles), designing and managing events (with NGOs and our community partners) and campus branding during recruitment drives
B. Internal branding and communications for all CSR and D&I campaigns, new initiatives/program launches, email and intranet-based engagement and new joinee onboarding
C. Stakeholder engagement (employees, leadership, clients): Ensuring that there are different programs/forums made available for stakeholders to volunteer and contribute to our CSR and D&I initiatives.
