• Serving as a SuccessFactors HCM Lead SME with primary responsibilities of solution design consulting, configuration management, functional, system administration, testing, rollout support, and maintenance for SF SF implementations.
• S4 Hana Migration Project (HR Interfaces migration from Boomi into SAP BTP IS).
• Leading solution design and discovery sessions with customers.
• Documenting business requirements, defining system configuration changes, creating change requests (CRs) for new functionality. Reviewing and updating existing configuration and system documentation as needed as well as coordinating system maintenance and trouble tickets with the SAP vendor and Mentoring the Team.
• Administering talent management functions such as Employee Central, Performance, Talent Managment modules, Workforce Planning, and Succession Planning. Troubleshooting and refining data integration as necessary.
• Creating forms, launching plans, security role management including researching and resolving system issues.
• Developing test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate configuration and other system changes and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Identifying and mitigating system issues resulting from implementations and change requests.
• Leading and actively contributing to the software design phases of the software development life cycle.
• Providing solutions to complex issues; responsible for ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
• Managing requirements traceability information and tracking the status of requirements throughout the stages of implementation.
• Managing the deployment of new configurations, functionality, CRs, etc.
