At NTT DATA, as a trusted advisor to the senior management, I design and implement sustainable HR policies and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and values. I oversee talent management, performance management, reward & recognition, employee engagement, learning & development and compliance. Previously, I led Business HR for a global unit scaling up from 4 digit to 5 digit workforce at the TATA Consultancy Services. We as a team, partner with business leaders, managers and associates to practice excellence, delivering high-quality performance, engagement index and stakeholders' satisfaction. In my earlier roles, I've had the opportunity to lead Talent Acquisition, Innovation HR, and Research projects. I continue to learn from Psychology, Sociology and Management disciplines, it helps me perform my role as HR Leader, Coach & Mentor.
