It’s not just B2B or D2C. It’s Human to Human. In a world of AI, automation, and templated everything, I try to stay grounded in what actually matters. Being the person on the other side who listens, reads between the lines, and shows up not just to solve problems, but to understand them. I didn’t start out with a fixed plan. Most of what I’ve learned has come from building, breaking things, and figuring them out along the way. Today, I’m building HyprForge, where we focus on creating high-performance digital experiences and growth systems for modern brands. We’re a product-first team that values speed, clarity, and execution. My role isn’t limited to one function. On any given day, I might be working on product direction, hiring, refining marketing strategy, or solving operational bottlenecks. The common thread is simple: keep things moving and keep improving what we build. I naturally gravitate toward environments that are fast, slightly messy, and full of ownership. It’s still early, and there’s a lot left to build. No matter the role or the hat I’m wearing, I try to stay rooted in the human side of the work. That’s where the real outcomes live.
