I lead LinkedIn’s global Talent Solutions business, partnering with CEOs, CHROs, and senior talent leaders at some of the world’s leading companies as they navigate one of the most consequential shifts in the history of work. Talent has become a board-level priority, tightly linked to growth, productivity, resilience, and long-term enterprise value. My role sits at the intersection of labor market intelligence, technology, and human decision-making, helping organizations translate data and insight into better workforce and business outcomes. Over the past decade at LinkedIn, I’ve had the privilege of building and scaling large, global commercial organizations across both Talent Solutions and Sales Solutions. That experience shaped how I think about durable growth at scale: clear strategy, strong operating rigor, trusted customer partnerships, and teams that pair high standards with heart and hustle. Today, my focus is on helping leaders tackle important questions such as: how to plan talent needs amid economic uncertainty and rapid skills change, how to attract and retain the capabilities most tied to business priorities, how to strengthen internal mobility and skills strategies, and how to apply data and AI responsibly to improve workforce decisions. I believe the organizations that will lead in this next chapter are those that combine insight with empathy, technology with judgment, and speed with trust. That is the work I’m committed to advancing alongside our customers, partners, and teams. Across my career, I've seen that the strongest relationships and businesses are built through authenticity, inclusion, and care for people.
