In 2006 she joined the founding team of Yatra.com, where she led P&L responsibility & provided operational leadership for Sales, Alliances, Product, Marketing, Business growth, Technology & Built high performing teams. She scaled the business from incubation to becoming a leader in the digital industry, building capacities of scale ensuring complete fiscal responsibility & accelerated high business growth. In 2010, she joined the leadership team of Seventymm & led the turnaround to scale e-com business with strong focus on industry best efficiencies. In 2015, she joined NDTV Gadgets as their CEO & led the company to become #1 Digital Tech & Gadgets platform in India & amongst the Top 15 in the world. She led complete P&L responsibility, incubated new business units and successfully grew the company to achieve complete profitability. She is currently leading Growth & Transformation at HPE to help drive overall growth strategy for India, driving high impact initiatives with a focus on exploring strategic acquisitions to accelerate the growth. She is very active across the start-up ecosystem in India & is a member of various forums, where she is involved in mentoring digital start-ups & nurturing entrepreneurship. Currently serving on the Executive Leadership Board of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF). In addition to consulting, she is also on the advisory board of a few ventures helping accelerate their journey to commercial success.
