After the clear realization that I would not make it big as a pro-footballer or engineer, I spent much time on learning the best career path, and identifying the right role, which would not just get me employed, but keep me engaged and excited! Now, its no surprise to me that what excites me is working in a function that enables me to search and define best talent, and help people realize their potential and setting them on their journey to achieve great things!
