About

After the clear realization that I would not make it big as a pro-footballer or engineer, I spent much time on learning the best career path, and identifying the right role, which would not just get me employed, but keep me engaged and excited! Now, its no surprise to me that what excites me is working in a function that enables me to search and define best talent, and help people realize their potential and setting them on their journey to achieve great things! Over the course, I did self-realize that I am a huge peoples' person, and recruiting technology has become my everyday passion! There is nothing better than finding opportunities for smart people to do awesome things, and I feel privileged to be part of this process! In my last role, I was part of the awesome Technology Talent Acquisition function at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and was responsible to bring in the brightest and best-est senior talent in India. I continue to constantly on the lookout for the 'best-in-class' tech talent, and would love to discuss the opportunities in more detail. When I am not working, I have a beautiful family to spend time with - inclusive of my wife, my two daughters' and my 4 year old Lhasa Apso.
