• The English Communication Sphere - An initiative launched to impart English Communication skills through peer learning communities.
• Founded this peer learning community to help out students around in the campus to transcend their English communication skills both spoken and written.
• A large part of the engineering student crowd who carried high profiles in technical areas , felt a lag in their placement attainment due to inefficient communication/presenting skills, stage fright, low self-confidence, anxiety.
• Identifying this problem faced by students, as a part of Sahitya, I worked on solving the issue introducing a peer learning community through which students can learn together, understand the various aspects and build their skills and learn the art of communication and English as a language.
