• I was part of the Talent Acquisition product team specifically responsible for interview scheduling and feedback products and worked with a full-stack engineering team of 7 engineers.
• I played a key role in launching several new major products/features to improve adoption:
• 1. Interview scheduling in events V1: This allowed event coordinators and recruiters to define an inventory of interview slots ahead of a university recruiting event for which candidates could sign-up. This was adopted by several large customers and solved a major pain point.
• 2. Interview scheduling in events V2: This enhancement solved additional use cases, such as allowing coordinator-led scheduling/rescheduling, a real-time view of interview slots, and the ability to modify interview schedules after they are live.
• 3. Interview plan: Using this feature recruiters can define a structured interview process at an individual requisition level across interview stages such as recruiter screen and hiring manager screen. This enabled the recruiter to do a one-time setup of the interview process, reducing chances of errors, manual entry as well as increasing their efficiency.
