• Working in a Team, which supports horizontally all clients for niche IT requirements.
• Responsible for managing full-life cycle of recruitment (full-time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking and offer negotiations.
• Responsible for submitting candidates to the client managers and in the vendor management portals.
• Coordinating with Sales and Account Managers working onsite for direct requirements from Hiring managers and working exclusively on niche roles.
• Working experience in internet recruiting sites like Naukri, DICE, MONSTER, Stackoverflow, Github, X-ray search, Career Builder & LinkedIn recruiter.
• Going on live calls with Hiring Manager and Account executive to understand client requirement and to give them exact idea about market and letting them know about market rates.
• Following up with respective account managers and VMO to know the feedback on the consultants.
• Responsible for job posting and creating job assignments as well as processing job offers and negotiating salary with candidates.
• Responsible to conduct in depth interviews with candidates by telephone & Skype to determine skills, interest, market value, and availability.
• Follow the standard recruiting structure such as source, screen, evaluate and select candidates in order to obtain the best candidates.
• Effectively negotiated pay rates with candidates for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions.
• Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities and other related information.
