- Customer obsession, strategic thinking and product evangelism are 3 core traits which define my personality. I love building products and teams & have been fortunate to be part of some of the most interesting organisations where I got to witness both insane growth and saw them going Public(IPO) in the market (Paytm, Yatra and MapmyIndia). I am excited by the process of conceptualizing a product from ground up and chasing its growth. I spend most of my time in defining product vision, gathering customer feedback, brainstorming ideas , hiring A+ talent and building teams of missionaries. I am currently part of the Leadership Team at India's biggest music streaming platform and responsible for driving retention, monetization, revenue and growth. Here is a brief about my previous experience: Spinny (Used Car Retail) - Led Consumer facing Products ( Mobile app, Search, Mobile web, desktop platform,SEO etc), set up product team from ground’s up. I built the entire customer experience products from Scratch and have scaled customer acquisition (Lead generations) to 50X and transactions to 30X during my tenure. Yatra- Led enterprise facing Products (Yata for Business). Worked on building India's largest platform solution (Web, Android & iOS) for business travel. Used by 600 Corporate clients having 4 Mn employees. Created entire Product from Scratch and scale to get business from 600+ enterprises and thousands of SMEs across the country. Tooler- I was the CEO and co-founder. Vishal, Sukanth and I started Tooler to standardise laundry services and solve customer pain point of getting Laundry done in time and at their doorstep. Scale to 200+ orders in a day and generate 6 Lacks monthly revenue. Paytm- Led Paytm Mall backend products. Ideated, productized and built End-to-End Paytm marketplace back end platforms (Fulfillment and catalog) from the scratch. Launched Seller Platform (Desktop and Apps ) for Marketplace, used by 1 Lac + Active Seller's network on a daily basis. This platform caters to 2mn+ daily orders. Awarded as Employee of the Year (Products) for the 2014 MapmyIndia- Launched 'MapmyIndia Maps on Mobile (Android)','Find my Pad', 'CityNav Maps','ICICI Branch/ATM Locator'. I've studied Engineering from Bits-Pilani and Executive MBA from Ilinios Tech stuart school of Business. Over 12 yrs of experience in consumer internet across start ups & ecommerce.
