Ever since getting into recruiting in 2010, I feel like I have found my true calling. My discerning eye for strong candidates, and my keen skill at being a good listener helps our clients hire some of the brightest techies, that are a cultural fit. I help successful people organize their thoughts, prioritize key variables for good decision-making and create roadmaps to maximize their potential. I am a true believer in customer obsession, insist on the highest standards and deliver results. I am customer focused due to my customer service and sales background earlier in my career. I also believe where I grew up has hugely influenced me of how much I value customer service at a young age. I grew up in Hong Kong and it used to nurture a highly customer oriented culture. I always hold myself accountable for insisting on highest standards and delivering results. I have always been a top performer and never afraid of asking questions. Often times, tough questions to my candidates. I am also interested in deep diving into the root cause of every problem and always looking to find creative ways to solve my problems as well as improving my processes. A little bio about me: I'm originally from Hong Kong and moved to the US in 2007. Fun fact about me: I'm a huge foodie.
