Over time, I’ve closed positions ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership (DGM, AGM, Associate Director, Tech & AI Leads), working closely with stakeholders to balance speed, quality, and business context. My hiring journey started with ground-level recruitment, where I learned sourcing the hard way — Boolean search, X-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter tools, and building pipelines from scratch. That foundation helped me move into niche, SAP, leadership, and Asia-Pacific hiring, where context matters as much as skill. Beyond hiring, I actively think about how careers are built, not just how roles are filled. That interest led me to start building Talent Hub — a recruitment and career-focused initiative aimed at supporting freshers, early professionals, experienced talent, and leadership candidates through structured guidance, transparent hiring insights, and real market signals.
