A customer-centric storyteller with over a decade of expertise in Customer Advocacy, Customer Relationships, Consultative Selling, & Account Management. Well-versed in MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sale, Consultative Selling, Value Selling (might sound the same but there's so many nuanced differences!). In my last role as Co-Founder (GTM) at EventHQ, I’ve successfully orchestrated the setup of sales plans, hiring plans, and established growth trajectories for the Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams. Also spent my time there validating our USP via customer interviews, cold outreach, as I worked towards setting up the GTM motion. Over half-a-decade of selling B2B SaaS solutions into the North & South American markets, & exceeding revenue goals has equipped me with advanced strategies for growth. Was a key member in Hiver’s growth as they went from $1M to $10M in revenue, and closed 2 rounds of funding. I collaborated closely with all the revenue functions like Customer Success, Support, Partner-sales, Outbound Sales, & Product Managers. I was also able to train the sales, customer success, and support teams on the Hiver product. I've also trained my SDRs leading to 2 of them being promoted to AEs. I obsess over ensuring that my customers feel a sense of clarity & joy while speaking with me. This started during my time at Zoho where I was a Senior Product Consultant and enjoyed the top-rated representative spot all my time there. I've achieved a 98% happiness rating (the highest) for 9-months amongst a team of 20. Part of the core team in strategizing & hosting 2 B2B in-person conferences with over 1k+ attendees, conducting local mixers, & executive lunches/dinners, during my time volunteering with SaaS Insider, a B2B SaaS community in India.
