We designed the restaurant with an eclectic and modern Bollywood theme, complete with a lip smacking variety menu and a cinematic ambience with a 100ft screen for Bollywood entertainment, a patio for outdoor events and movie screenings and a very urban dining area for quick casual and clean service. After supervising the marketing and operations at Bollywood Cafe for two years, we sold the business as I had decided to pursue my next vision of an Internet brand that I can scale up quicker, faster and with greater efficiency.
