• 1. For a new Buy-With-Prime initiative within Amazon, built high performing software engineering team from scratch and established mechanisms and best practices for the team’s success. Led the team which designed and built the scalable / highly-available systems, and delivered them while ensuring quality in aggressive schedule, from ground-up.
• 2. Led the AWS-Glacier team which delivered the systems to reclaim the space in an automated manner while ensuring the durability of customers' data, to reduce the overall operations cost as we reclaimed 1.5+ TiB data in 2020.

• Architected, led and delivered the following greenfield initiatives –
• 1. Compliance platform which enabled international sellers’ inventory replenishment by building the self-service system for products' import/export classification for 100+ countries, and suggest, gather and audit the required artifacts (documents, certificates, lab results, IPs, etc.) for shipments to be considered compliant and released at the international borders.
• 2. Platform to automate the custom's entry filing for the international sellers by generating the shipments’ entry packets per the defined rules by the govt. of the import countries and sharing the entry packets with various custom brokers across countries. Millions of products get shipped as part of inventory replenishment on daily basis by international sellers.

• Architected, led and delivered the following from conception to delivery –
• 1. Platform for classifying and vending classification for 2.5+ billion, of Amazon exportable Inventory and non-inventory, products based on ever changing rules prescribed by various Govt. jurisdictions in 100+ countries in the world.
• 2. The notification platform to send out the notifications in event of change in classification and import/export trade-restrictions, for any cross-border trade that Amazon is responsible for, which brought the paradigm shift from PULL to PUSH and allowed clients to become complaint immediately. It sends 100M+ notifications per day.
• 3. Distributed and scalable systems to cater to growing number of international transactions in line with Amazon's global expansion.

• 1. Designed and developed the “unified authentication/authorization component” which was responsible for all sort of authentication/authorization/IdentityValidation/SessionValidation required by backend services. Main ingredients were OAuth1.0 and OAuth2.0.
• 2. Designed and developed the “Notifications System”, which was responsible for providing information to the users based on users’ interests and preferences. Typically, the notifications were sent to the users based on their preference to receive updates on various information sources.

• As a Sr SE, worked in the "Platform & Services - Server" team that developed the cloud service which was the single POC for all the user applications to interact with the actual devices. It provided the interface for all the remote operations on the actual set-top boxes (STB) like channel tuning, control settings change, managing recordings, etc.

• As a Subject Matter Expert, I was part of the Advocacy Engineering team, of CRAMER product, that was responsible to provide the fixes for the change requests, raised on the basis of the cases created by the customers, within the defined timelines. At the same time handling various escalations and developing domain knowledge and keeping us up to date with the new releases made to the customers. CRAMER is a service and network provisioning product suite that consist of Resource Manager, Service Catalogue, Task Engine, Delivery Engine, Activation Engine, Discovery Engine, Sync Engine and other Adapters to fulfill the specific purposes.

• As a Software Engineer, I was part of the team that was assigned the project to create the concept of calling circles, wherein if one group of registered people call on another pre-defined group, they get discounted call rates. Calling Circles was developed on top of existing feature of nominated numbers where one number can nominate multiple numbers and get discounted call rates. I played pivotal role in all the phases of SDLC in this project and delivered successfully.
