I’ve always been the kind of person who enjoys untangling messy problems, whether it’s fixing a process at work, planning a GTM, or just figuring out how things connect. That curiosity really came alive during my first startup. The startup didn’t succeed the way I hoped, but it gave me something even more valuable: a mindset. I learned the importance of putting processes in place, making decisions based on data (not just gut), and building systems that can scale instead of relying on quick fixes. That experience molded how I think today and set me on a path to solving business challenges through a structured, data-driven lens. At Faym, I’ve been applying that approach in the influencer marketing space, tackling challenges like sourcing products for creators, tracking returns, and designing smarter systems that make growth scalable. For me, the real win is when chaos turns into clarity and insights turn into results. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring new music, traveling, or having long conversations about life over coffee.
