Led customer life cycle and content management via in-app and CRM marketing assets. Overall, my expertise lies in growth marketing- acquisition and retention marketing through CRM, Email marketing, SEO, and performance channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google ads . I have delivered lead generation campaigns across these platforms as well as managed external agencies to drive growth KPIs consistently. Marketing automation, Digital marketing, Brand communications and ROI driven approach are my self-identified growth pillars.
