Professionally, I am a growth marketer- experimenting with channels, communications and audience day in day out. Completed my MBA in marketing from IMT Ghaziabad. 'GigIndia' is now a part of PhonePe business. Exponential growth and consistent client services have been pivotal in GigIndia's growth. At PhonePe, I joined the growth team of Insurance business. Led customer life cycle and content management via in-app and CRM marketing assets. Overall, my expertise lies in growth marketing- acquisition and retention marketing through CRM, Email marketing, SEO, and performance channels like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google ads . I have delivered lead generation campaigns across these platforms as well as managed external agencies to drive growth KPIs consistently.
