As a Customer Success Manager, I work closely with customers, sales, delivery, product management, and support teams to deliver effective solutions for automating customers’ IT Network Infrastructure and Public Key Infrastructure. I play a key role in driving customer onboarding, adoption of products, and identifying new business opportunities for organizations by being a customer advocate. I work closely with Fortune 500 customers to discover their business objectives/challenges and then coach them on how to mitigate those. I have worked as a networking trainer and Level 2 Escalation Engineer as a part of the Juniper Technical Assistance Center (JTAC) team operating in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging 24x7 environment. My previous experience as a network engineer gives me an edge in terms of excellent working knowledge of networking technologies which is required to understand and resolve complex networking issues.
