• Served as CPO to facilitate development of a facial recognition application for Middle Eastern faces using open-source facial recognition tools. Developed and executed a plan to increase tool capability by integrating with an existing threat database; the enhanced facial recognition capability was selected for further refinement and development for enterprise use across SOCOM.

• Refined and developed governance to facilitate tool development and deployment across four classified networks; these documents will improve the ability of all technical teams to create, document, and distribute tools across the entirety of SOCOM.

• Completed all of the data cleaning, pre-processing, and statistical analysis in Python for an Army-wide, legal staffing project and also served as Certified Scrum Master (CSM); validated major restructuring for staffing active-duty legal offices.
• Developed the model logic for a stochastic discrete event simulation in Python forecasting 10K soldiers over seven-years; initially served as CSM then transitioned to Certified Product Owner (CPO), led analysts across three divisions; this capability is entirely new to the Army personnel management community.
• Technical Leadership
• Coordinated two teams as CSM in county-level SEIR-model development/implementation of COVID-19 analysis to inform senior Army executive response at individual installations; earned Dr. Wilbur B. Payne Memorial Award for Excellence in Analysis.
• Led all study teams using Scrum, each project concluded in half the time (six months rather than one year); division-wide adoption of Scrum reduced overall project completion time by 50% and improved requirements gathering/communication with customers.
