I’m thrilled to step into the people leadership role at Flipkart, India’s homegrown e-commerce stalwart, where technology and retail converge to make every Indian’s dream come true. Leading the Human Resources function here provides the unique opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic and fast-paced organization. With nearly 30 years of global HR experience, I’ve spearheaded strategic initiatives that transformed performance, culture, and diversity across various sectors. I am passionate about developing leaders to help drive business growth and build a strong, people-centered organization. Before joining Flipkart, I served as Head of Group HR Digitization and Head of Group HR Office at Reliance Industries Limited. I was privileged to lead two innovative platforms that catered to the needs of nearly 4 lakh employees and large extended workforce. I’m also actively involved in broader industry initiatives, as a member of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and MSME committees of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. My commitment to fostering inclusive workspaces and supporting small and medium enterprises remains a core part of my mission.
