• Driving clarity and defining the product execution roadmap for enabling contextual IQ experiences for Dynamics and connector content. This will help users with smart compose experiences that will either nudge / auto complete the necessary details while composing on M365 canvases (Outlook, word online, Teams messages etc). E.g: if one's discussing about an ADO work item or a ServiceNow ticket, the canvas would be smart enough to identify the work Item # and auto complete with the details, or nudge the user to type '@' and select a work item from a drop down that contains potential work items/ tickets, I was working on shipping the intent detection for this scenario which is critical in sending the signals to the downstream graph search systems to provide the user with the appropriate content. In addition to the connector content, was working on dynamics content, which will help fill in opportunity / sales contact details during compose in the aforementioned canvases
• Delivered analytics that identify the NL search impact across various features and canvases, (e.g: how many search users search using NL queries for a specific M365 entity (files, events, etc.). In addition to this worked on defining an insight framework that uses eyes on and eyes off data to identify where the search queries can do better
• Shipped the first version of natural language search for teams messages, this will help a user search for content using natural language. If you were searching for messages from a contact about a topic during a time period, you can use a query like - "from Jane about offsite last week", as opposed to searching for"offsite" or "Jane" and scrolling for messages you want.
• Delivered a compliant data pipeline for eyes-off and eyes-on data that helps in model training and evaluation for search (email, file, calendar Natural language search) and assistant (Teams voice skills, play my emails)
