• To date Osmo has been named one of Time Magazine’s Best Inventions, is a Parents’ Choice award winner, a winner of the prestigious Oppenheim award, and a finalist for Toy of The Year. Osmo is sold in over 42 countries and has been embraced in more than 55,000 classrooms across the world. Osmo is based out of Palo Alto, California, and was founded in 2013 by Pramod Sharma and Jerome Scholler. In 2019, we were acquired by BYJU'S, the world's most valuable ed-tech company and the creator of India’s most loved school learning app.
• My primary responsibilities involved the management of operations and expansion for Osmo across APAC, with a focus on the GCC and SE Asia. I have handled GTM for China, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Russia, among others, and also set up and maintain our fastest-growing social media channels. These have contributed to one of the fastest y-o-y revenue growth within a rapidly growing company.
• I also undertook lateral responsibilities, leveraging my design background to curate a design identity for the larger BYJU'S group and corporate citizenship initiatives like hosting informal forums and delivering first-ever corporate branded merchandise for the 120+ strong Osmo India team. :)

• Architectural practice with 3 nominations for the Aga Khan Award, the highest international award for an architectural project. I worked on the following projects.
• Resort at Ranthambore 2017
•  Luxury resort project located in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve
•  Optimized passive air conditioning through usage of mud bricks and innovative design
•  Cultural and architectural aspects of 4 local tribes were sensitively incorporated into the architecture, which resonated throughout the spatial experience.
•  Optimized the planning of the structural system, achieving 45% efficiency of time and 7% less material by performing rectifications on it in house.
•  Initiative to skill and employ 50+ local labor; we emphasized on having 70%+ women, for social upliftment and greater inclusivity as part of our social and moral philosophy that architecture should be for benefit of all.
