• Joined on Day Zero at Deliveroo India to head their India build up strategy. Deliveroo is a UK-based food tech startup, that grew to a decacorn and then went public. My mandate was to augment their globally growing business, with premium Indian tech talent. I registered the India entity by collaborating with stakeholders (across geographies) from engineering, people team, legal, recruitment, finance, enterprise IT and facilities. My charter includes tech org design, crafting talent & recruitment strategy, competition analysis, tailoring compensation and employee benefits offering, PR & talent branding, new vendor onboarding management, hiring recruitment team under me and running recruitment programs.
• Ramped up engineering center, by attracting top 1% of engineering talent in India from tier1 companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft etc. This speed was achieved by building recruitment growth strategies such as talent branding, effective recruitment collaterals, sourcing sprints, DEI events, referral huddles, tapping personal networks of leadership, leadership sourcing jams and multi-channel sourcing including social media channels.
