  • · Pricing specialist for AMS region. Delivers support for the Sales Organization by providing quality pricing tasks and follow-up on possible deals with the sales representative and/or BDM’s and other internal departments.
  • · Perform the conflict check & run the conflict report via SFDC ,
  • · Search the conflict for end user parent and subsidiary company, and address.
  • · Review and compare your product lines against the SFDC registrations.
  • · Reject any affected Major PL’s that have conflict in approved statuses.
  • · Make a note of what PL’s have been denied in deal registration due to conflict.
  • · Interact with sales operation team to identify if they can override the conflict process by determining it is a separate opportunity.
  • · Approve on behalf of sales or route to sales for approval.
  • · Identify the Non-standard deal and route it accordingly.
  • · Involved in process of CSAT, International Export, SLED/FED ,RFQ,RFP,OEM,global outbound and global inbound .
  • · Identify the correct sales for the correct segment and route it accordingly. ( STID or Zip code )
  • · Identify the select registration or open registration to select the tire distributor.
  • · Identify if the multiple distributors listed and add correct distributor.
  • · Adding the Internal Comments (Notes) for ourselves and Sales with details searches.
  • · Sending the email notification to sales and partners with current status (Approved, rejected or WIP)
  • · Wen sales rescinds the deal registration within 2 business days act accordingly with email confirmation.
  • · Expert in similar process like E-RATE, EXTENSTION.
  • · Identify if the deal can be approved within our empowerment and action accordingly.
  • · Identify if the deal can be partially approved.
  • · If any missing information is pending getting touch with related team request them to provide supportive docs or info.
  • · Tracking the Ageing deals and notify to the sales in order approve or reject.
  • · Sending the fallow up email or reminding the sales that Deal Re
