As the Product Marketing Head at iMocha, I lead the strategic marketing efforts for our cutting-edge AI-powered solution in Skills Intelligence. iMocha is a pioneering company revolutionizing the way organizations assess and develop skills through advanced artificial intelligence and data analytics. Before joining Quorum Software, in TietoEVRY, I've worn many hats including heading various marketing units, devising marketing strategies for business growth, conceptualizing and orchestrating marketing campaigns which effectively build/reinforce TietoEVRY’s brand, and development of sales-driving collateral. My experience in planning digital marketing campaigns include web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising. I was also responsible for maintaining the company's social media presence across all digital channels and measuring / reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Also, I have worked in corporate communications - designing and executing communications plans for internal and external target audiences. I also have experience of heading the employer branding function of India, where my core operational duties comprised of internal communications, advertising, event management, media/ PR relations and managing CSR activities. I have worked with SunGard as a Sales Lead, where I acquired a rich exposure in global sales and account management by selling three of their leading IT products in APAC and Middle-East. This experience helps the Marketer in me understand the requirements of my stakeholders and customers better.
