With over a decade of experience as an innovative and strategic leader, I've cultivated a diverse skill set spanning strategy, operations, program and product management across a spectrum of organizations—from prestigious management consulting practices to Fortune 500 giants and dynamic early-stage startups. Throughout my career, I've been instrumental in navigating and executing complex projects, from inception to fruition, consistently delivering impactful results and driving sustainable growth across various industries. Currently I'm leveraging my expertise in a self-driven and high ownership freelance consulting role, where I have taken up projects across product and business strategy, primarily focusing on building product roadmaps and solving for market entry problems. Previously, I worked with Jupiter Money, spearheading their customer experience and product (VKYC and Account services) teams. I not only setup the CX practice (0 to 1) at Jupiter, but also launched and led Jupiter’s NPS program, defined the help center strategy and introduced multiple customer support process excellence initiatives. On the product side, my team and I improved product activations and led funnel improvements across the VKYC and Account Services Product. Prior to it, I worked at ADP leading the charge in enhancing customer experience within the Compliance Solutions practice, implementing innovative strategies and product initiatives that significantly improved NPS and streamlined operations Before transitioning into leadership roles, my journey began as a management consultant. I served as Senior Consultant with Samagra Development Associates, and pre-MBA, as a Consultant with Deloitte Consulting. At Samagra, I advised and implemented projects for Govt. of Haryana, particularly Haryana’s scheme and service delivery platform - Saral. At Deloitte, I consulted multiple fortune 500 clients on implementing technology projects ranging from creating a HR management tool to mobilising an entire premiums and claims mobile platform. My approach centers on a commitment to high ownership and structured thinking, guiding teams through strategic formulation, seamless execution, and tangible outcomes. With a rich tapestry of experiences and a relentless drive for excellence, I'm dedicated to designing solutions that not only meet user needs but also contribute positively to society at large.
