With over 25 years of experience overall, 23 years in banking and just above a year in fintech, I have developed a deep understanding of corporate and wholesale banking, fintech, and business development. I am currently the Senior Vice President II and Business Head of Trade, Supply Chain Finance and Customer Success at Axis Bank, one of India's largest private sector banks. In this role, I manage the relationships with key corporate clients and provide them with a best-in-class customer experience. Previously, I was a co-founder and president at actyv.ai, a fintech startup that offers embedded lending solutions to businesses and consumers. I was instrumental in establishing the fastest and most successful partnerships with banks and financial institutions in the Indian fintech space, co-creating various lending products, and achieving non-linear growth on credit lending metrics. I also brought in 22 corporate anchor customers, including marquee names such as Bajaj Auto, Del Monte, and Polycab, in six months.
