  • Directed the instructional design team in creating appropriate training deliverables including facilitator and participant training materials for e-learning as well as classroom based training.
  • Facilitated Train the Trainer sessions to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Liaised with overseas vendors to ensure seamless training delivery in keeping with the company’s training and ID standards. Training on web based systems to overseas locations increased by more than 50 % in 2007 - 2008
