  • Regional Talent Acquisition: Spearheaded the recruitment efforts across multiple countries, including India, Australia, Japan, the UK, Netherlands, and Germany, ensuring the closure of key positions across diverse domains and levels within the international space.
  • Project Leadership & Candidate Experience: Led two impactful projects – one focused on Interview Accommodation to enhance the Candidate Experience and another on revamping the Performance Appraisal system for interns, promoting an inclusive environment aligned with the organization’s core values.
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for International Markets: Acted as the sole Talent Acquisition point of contact for international markets, providing expert support in process creation, legal guidance for non-US markets, mentoring of contractors and interview panels, and overseeing campus recruitment efforts in India, compensation benchmarking, budget and cost per hire for business that started from ground zero.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilized recruitment metrics and data analysis to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, and optimize hiring processes.This helped VPs to start their teams in India.
