• Led the operations team of OYO in Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot & Vadodara) with the responsibility of managing the guest experience and setting up processes for smooth operations. Major achievements include:
• Took charge of an average team and delivered performance out of them by increasing the %Delight score from 47% to 53% in the first 3 months.
• Improved the hub’s performance across all operational metrics and took it to among the top 5 performing hubs for the first time in May 2017.
• Built a new team for the transition into OYOs new business model and contributed actively to the 4X revenue growth of the hub.
• Revived the Surat market which was not performing well in any metric by deploying my best performer there for 2 months while revamping the old team there.

• Joined the OYO Kolkata team at a very nascent stage and was only the 8th member of the team. Contributed in expansion of OYO operations across Kolkata city and east region through hiring cluster managers and guest experience managers. Simultaneously managed operations by co-ordinating with a team of 13 cluster managers in Kolkata. Major achievements include:
• Successfully ran a 1 month project on improving guest experience during February-March 2017 and delivered ~5% increase in %delight and ~4% reduction in %unhappy.
• Took complete ownership of OYOs 'Property Manager Incentive' program for Kolkata hub and took Kolkata’s rank to top 5 from bottom 5 during January 2017 to February 2017.
• Prepared a detailed presentation proposing an improved version of OYOs internal ops tech product which was appreciated personally by the COO of OYO.
• Converted 120+ non-OYO standard rooms to OYO standard during Oct'16 resulting in 60 lacs GMV impact.
• Achieved 2.5% reduction in %unhappy during Sept'16 which is one of the highest monthly improvements.
• Achieved 3.5% unhappy on Zero unhappy day (25th Oct'16) in Kolkata city against a national avg. of 6%.
• Achieved 0% shifting in Kolkata on zero shifting day (23rd Feb'16) against a national avg. of 0.8%
