J’apporte la discipline du luxe aux industries qui veulent croître avec précision. Pendant plus de 20 ans, au sein de Guerlain, L’Oréal, Mustela et Valmont Group, j’ai évolué dans l’un des environnements les plus exigeants : la beauté et la cosmétique de luxe. J’y ai construit et piloté des stratégies marketing ambitieuses, de la vision à l’exécution — positionnement, innovation, développement international, activation et performance. Il y a deux ans, j’ai fondé Stratam Consulting pour prolonger cette exigence au service d’entreprises premium et à forte valeur. Aujourd’hui, j’interviens comme CMO externe et Strategic Growth Partner.
