• What do we do?
• Increase diversity at the top of the funnel and ensure every diverse lead/candidate (applicants, referrals, sourced) are curated for just-in-time pipelines globally.
• Maintain close partnerships with Sourcers and Recruiters to ensure the talent we provide meets/exceeds the bar at Palo Alto Networks.
• Identify creative sourcing techniques like Github, Stackoverflow, Meet-ups, Prophet, recruit’em, and identify and tap into talent from diversity events, sororities, Linkedin groups, diversity Boolean search strings, colleges etc.
• Talent map diverse qualified candidates globally.
