This service is designed to work with different payment gateways and can handle gateway downtimes by controlled replaying of backlog messages on recovery
• Contributed to the rewrite of Order management service in Go with a peak 55k requests/min and successfully deployed it to production in multiple phases without downtime during cutover
• Extracted multi-stop route generation process into a new Python service from an existing Java monolith. The new service is generic and extensible to address all of logistics' route generation use cases

• Rewrote most of the entire frontend framework from AngularJS v1 to Angular 5 to use the latest Angular features while moving to Typescript to improve code quality and maintainability
• Refactored the core backend platform written in Python to move application layer computation to DB layer while also replacing MongoDB with Postgresql DB for performance reasons
• Migrated the frontend build system from Gulp to Webpack to add better build capabilities
• Setup the initial CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins to automate deployments
