  • Started in recruitment and evolved into building HR Tech products—learning by doing, with a lot of help from an engineering team that never gatekept knowledge and an HR leadership that kept betting on curiosity over credentials.
  • Phase 1: Automation & Foundation
  • Picked up Google Apps Script as a side project to solve a real pain point: offer letter generation. What started as tinkering became a complete end-to-end system—automated document generation, record management, and multi-service integrations across Google Forms, Sheets, and Drive. Built it. Scaled it. Then built what replaced it.
  • Phase 2: Product Development
  • With fundamentals in place (and engineers patient enough to explain things on whiteboards), moved to JavaScript, Node.js, and React. Built an Internal Job Posting & Referral Platform from scratch—giving the entire org real-time visibility into open roles and creating a seamless internal mobility flow.
  • Phase 3: Enterprise-Scale Systems
  • Transitioned to Golang and AWS to build products that integrate deeper into the ecosystem. Now own systems for Hiring, Offers, Feedbacks, Increments and ESOP management. Still learning cloud infrastructure—entry-level, but shipping.
  • Phase 4: AI & What's Next
  • Current obsession: AI. Moved past prompt engineering into model fine-tuning and whatever else this rabbit hole offers. Excited to see where it leads.
