I am passionate about delivering business strategy through people practices and working closely with C suite and Executive leadership teams to partner transformation, strengthen leadership, build capability, drive performance & institutionalize culture – and more importantly, using fancy words (or combinations thereof) like the ones I just used, that make me come across as intellectual and erudite. I have extensive experience in helping business leaders refrain from committing corporate hara-kiri, driving large-scale transformation that ensures that organisations don’t drive off the cliff, designing employee journeys & experiences that don’t feel like a bad Yelp review (well, mostly anyways – one can’t always account for individual taste), and implementing complex Org Design, Restructure, Culture & Transformation projects that give the devils in consulting firms their pound of flesh.
