I proceeded to build tight relationships with key leaders within supply chain, filling 40-50 reqs per year, including senior leadership roles. It was a blast.
  • When supply chain openings started to slow down (nobody was leaving), I branched into some of my other sweet spots including software engineering, e-commerce, marketing, random one-offs that nobody wanted, and even filled several key reqs for the Montreal office since I was the only French speaker on the team.

I inherited a legendary posse of hiring leaders, including an amazing VP of Engineering who was, unfortunately, a Tottenham fan.
  • I single handedly owned all engineering hiring for Alteryx which had recently gone public, making 42 hires in about a year, including mid / senior / lead engineers, engineering managers, cloud / devops engineers. Managed a contractor, and owned all external recruiting vendors for tech hiring.
