• Sourcing data through various networking sources such as , Monster, Free classified, Campus Drive, Head Hunting etc.
• Coordinating with consultancy in terms of manpower requirement
• Conducting HR Survey & Branch Visit
• HR Audit
• Conducting interviews with required board members .
• Discussing salary, generating Offer Letter & appointment letters.
• Manage all aspects related with walk-in interview like arranging conveyance, hotels, police clearance etc.
• Ensuring sufficient manpower at the time of new branch commissioning.
• Branch Setup
• Branch Support & Review
• Inquiry/Marketing Department of Shortlisted candidates for Joining purpose.
• Giving Induction to the candidates about the company at the time of Joining.
• Periodic checking of attendance & forwarding to the accounts department for releasing the salary
• Preparing Schedule for the training and getting feedback from the stores
• Grievance handling
• Performance appraisal
• Preparing MIS report
• Maintaining Good relation with Branch heads & Staff.
• Coordinating with branch heads for New joinee performance
• Sending New Joinee mail to the concern department.
• Implementing of policies
• Performining other Duties as per the Management.
