A background of PhD in addition to an MBA degree allows me to have a viewpoint from the commercialization angle. Besides, I have industry knowledge of out-licensing deals, R&D services, B2B marketing and B2C marketing with an accomplished career spanning over 22 years in this domain . With Experience in both Pharma & nutra industry as well as academia, I am proficient in the process of designing, launching and running a new business. As a first generation Entrepreneur I have also Gained experience in getting funding of different forms , Successfully achieved debt financing from bank and then successfully procured a Series A funding from investors in a high-risk industry. A complete know-how on the process to secure IP and compliances both regulatory and financially is what I bring to the table. Other personal traits that accentuate my career have been leadership qualities with strong organizational and multi-disciplinary skills for collaborative projects along with resilience to deliver under challenges. Proven abilities in management of intellectual property and technology transfer.
