I've been writing on the internet for 15+ years, first as student co-founder of India's largest (and earliest) satire publications that reached 100K+ in monthly traffic (all organic), then as early adopter of Quora where I made Top Voice (when it was cool), now as LinkedIn Top Voice where I try to retain my truth in an increasingly performative landscape. I never set out to be a creator, I just really love writing and happen to build communities. I highly recommend everyone to write, it's the best way to think. At work, I successfully introduced ML-based Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment in a mature puzzle game at EA, retired Tetris-EA at its license-expiry with record-high revenues and player joy and led a $XXM+ mobile game portfolio, led several format, IP, promotion, and language related product innovations at Netflix for my portfolio titles, and built a 0 to 1 AI SaaS product called Job Intelligence Engine at Eightfold with (very) large enterprise customers. Earlier on, I built mobile learning experiences and a messaging app in the realty space. Started my career as a Software Engineer, never went back to coding, unfortunately.   • As the lead for the highly cross-functional Product team in India ("Product Discovery and Promotion"), I was responsible for globally launching India's biggest Netflix Original projects such as The Great Indian Kapil Show, Heeramandi, The Indrani Mukerjea Story, Maharaj, The Railway Men, Jaane Jaan, Chamkila, The Archies, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, Kaala Paani, and many more.
  • At the intersection of Tech and Content, I worked with Content Executives, Industry Partners, Marketing teams, Content Strategy and Analysis, Global Engineering Teams, and vertical Product teams (eg. Product Creative Strategy, Globalisation, Product Editorial, Metadata and Ratings, etc.) to design and execute the Product experience for Netflix's Indian Original shows and films, tailoring the on-service promotion, choosing, and streaming experience for Netflix subscribers across the world to each title's creative intent, marketing campaign, content strategy, regulatory requirements, and more.
  • With "The Great Indian Kapil Show", I was responsible for innovating and leading the implementation of the Product playbook that achieved the first-of-its-kind TV weekly talk show format on Netflix/OTT, as well as the "World of Kapil" Product experience.
