As a marketing leader, I’ve had the unique opportunity to dabble in a little bit of everything – from auto to FMCG, food & beverages to banking & finance, consumer tech to education, and even sports (yes, sports!).   • Kickstarted the first in-depth analysis show for the NBA in India designed for the casual fan - the NBA India Weekly Show with Rohan Shreshtha and Harman Singha
  • Created the first local daily NBA highlights program for Star Sports
  • Key deals include:
  • TV Distribution partnership with Disney India ensuring NBA Games were showcased on Star Sports and Disney+ Hotstar in the 2020-21 season.

  • I was handpicked to be the South Asia head of the new bespoke fully integrated marketing agency within Publicis Groupe for Mercedes-Benz, and build the team from the ground up in India. While this team was getting into place, I led the transition for Mercedes-Benz from BBDO, their global partner for over a decade, while ensuring no balls were dropped for the first 6 months.
  • I heralded a unique agency of between 35 to 50 professionals across diverse skill sets - Creative, Account Management, Strategic Planning, Data Strategy, Technology Implementation, and CRM - who with me set about transforming their marketing platforms and re-inventing their communication for the digital customer.
  • During this tenure:
  • Positioned India as a creator market and not an adaptation market by revamping local content creation for products such as the C Class, G Class, CLS Class, and GLE Class
  • Accelerated growth on social media - new topical and local content helped grow their social media following 6X in less than 9months (Instagram from 200k to 1.2mn during this period)
  • Elevated India as one of the top 5 markets globally to test and roll-out digital marketing transformation tools & platforms and to achieve system readiness in a record time of 9 months
  • Successfully ran a data cleansing program and campaign with a staggering result of over 90% data cleansed

  • I was later appointed joint head of key Publicis Groupe businesses across agencies such as Reliance Jio, and Jeep in addition to my responsibilities at Digitas. This culminated in me taking on the additional role of head of collaborations for Digitas with other Publicis Groupe agencies in India, and also with key teams internationally.
