• Responsibilities also include vendor selection and management, disaster recovery planning, uptime monitoring, and the continuous evolution of internal platforms to meet the demands of a growing mass tort lead generation business. By staying ahead of industry trends in legal tech, AI-driven targeting, and data analytics, the role ensures that Injurease maintains its reputation for innovation and reliability.
• This position also leads a team of developers, analysts, and IT support staff.
