Jaya Jagadish is the Country Head and Senior Vice President of Silicon Design Engineering at AMD India. In her career spanning close to two decades at AMD, she has played an integral role in establishing the AMD India design center successfully. She leads the CPU core and SOC development regional efforts and drives the India Leadership Team to deliver best practices. With the integration of Xilinx and Pensando, the India team is stronger than ever with a diverse product portfolio, while maintaining AMD culture of innovation, inclusion and corporate responsibility. Jaya has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Semicon talent building committee. The primary objective is to set goals and targets for India as a semiconductor talent nation under India Semiconductor Mission. The committee comprises of eminent members from the Govt. of India, Academia and the Semiconductor industry. This responsibility is an opportunity for AMD to re-affirm its commitment to grow the Indian Semiconductor Ecosystem and we are privileged to have Jaya be a part of this endeavor.
