A web3 entrepreneur with product expertise and large-scale operational experience in mobility and power. In my last venture WALL which started in 2021, we raised $1.1Mn and built 2 products: Alpha, an NFT social analytics platform & Quests, an onchain tasking platform, both consumer apps and data infra for mass adoption. Did 400k+ txs, 100k+ wallets, helped 50+ dapps with community building. Previously a Poker player, Coach and Ambassador for Pokerbaazi for 2 years. While being a product marketer for an RMG product. Before which I worked as an Executive Assistant to CEO at OLA. Worked at the founder’s office to grow driver supply by 10x in 2016 across 7 metros. Worked on strategic partnerships with Govt of India (NSDC) to train 50 Lakh drivers. Designed and launched OLA leasing business with over 1 Lakh cars deployed across 12 cities. An IIM Calcutta & IIT Kharagpur graduate. Worked at TATA Power with a small 5 member team owning planning, scope design, and vendor negotiations for a Rs. 2000 cr. power plant reform at TATA Power, Trombay Worked at Mahindra on Solar power generation unit marketing.

As VP of Operations at Zostel, I lead the strategic and on-ground execution of our hospitality operations across India and beyond, ensuring each Zostel embodies our promise of unforgettable community-driven travel. I oversee everything from property performance and experience design to SOP standardization, cross-functional ops innovation, and regional team alignment.
My work spans scaling operational playbooks across 60+ locations, deploying real-time audit systems, driving vibe-based property evaluations, and launching transformation programs to align local teams with Zostel’s core values. I bridge data, culture, and people—building feedback loops between guests, ground teams, and leadership to fuel continuous improvement.
With a strong pulse on both the customer journey and local operational nuance, I drive interventions that optimize infrastructure, hygiene, community engagement, and staff training, balancing efficiency with the authenticity that defines Zostel.
Currently focused on expanding Zostel’s presence to global markets—starting with the U.S.—and integrating Zo World’s digital layer into the physical hostel experience, I’m building the operational engine that powers the next generation of Zostel properties worldwide.
