I have work experience of over 18 years in the field of Human Resource Management, Training, entrepreneurship and education in multinational organisations such as Credit Suisse, Wipro Technologies and Affinity Express within India and Singapore. Currently heading HR and people practices at Fittr. I am a Design Thinking Expert and train high school students in India, Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah. Students do projects with me as part of GRIP (a program by Corporate Gurukul, Singapore) and then present their innovative solutions to Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National University of Singapore (NUS) in Singapore. Both these universities are among the top 15 in the world and provide the students an extremely valuable global learning experience. Having founded a school myself and having worked with various schools across countries with different boards, I consult schools for their setting up, curriculum, parent engagement and innovation. Currently, I am consulting Global Indian International School in Chinchwad for their Cambridge (IGCSE) wing. I have had an opportunity to train different age groups from senior managers in corporate to toddlers as young as 3 years. Realizing the potential of early years in life and having seen and experiencing the challenges in the professional world, I had founded PROGRESSIVE EDGE, preschool, day care, after school activities centre. I was consulting Global Indian International School, heading a start up NexStep which is into after school activities for children from preschool to 10th grade with special programs like Early Learning Centre and Montessori Institute of Teacher Training.
