I’m driven by a passion for solving real-world problems, creating sustainable solutions, and collaborating with mission-driven teams to make a lasting impact. Currently, I’m a Senior Associate at BCG, where I work with organizations to tackle complex business challenges and shape effective strategies. I recently completed my MBA from IIM Calcutta, along with a dual Master’s in International Management (MIM) from the CEMS Alliance at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. My journey began at BITS Pilani, where I earned a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a Minor in Finance. Alongside academics, I sought diverse internships, ranging from early-stage startups and investment banking to venture investing, which helped me understand the intricacies of business across sectors. After graduation, I joined Da Vinci Derivatives in Amsterdam. I worked in their proprietary trading team, where I thrived under pressure, making high-stakes decisions in real-time, trading complex financial products across global exchanges. Motivated by a deep desire to build and create meaningful change, I returned to India to join Newton School in the Founder’s Office, wherein I led key initiatives across sales, growth, product, and go-to-market strategies, scaled revenue operations, and executed 0-to-1 experiments that drove substantial growth. What remains constant throughout my career is a commitment to continuous learning and upskilling and a drive to build impactful solutions and collaborate with talented teams to create meaningful, lasting change. Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler, passionate about exploring new cultures and perspectives. I enjoy playing multiple instruments, finding music a great way to unwind and express myself.
